“My AC unit has been malfunctioning since May. We have been fighting with our home warranty constantly to get it repaired. Calling Jack's was the best decision I have ever made. Tabitha was amazing and was able to hear the frustration in my voice. She assigned Waylon to come out and diagnose our system. Waylon listened to us and was able to figure out why our system was not working. He was patient and understanding. Last night was the first night in three months that we have been able to sleep in our bedrooms. Our house is finally cool and this is all because of Waylon. Our trust in AC techs has been renewed. We are planning to ditch the home warranty and get on a service plan with Jack's. I regret not calling when we first started having issues. Waylon went above and beyond for my family and we are eternally grateful.”
