They showed up on time, both of them were so polite, explained what they would be doing up in a hot attic. They put down floor protection and shoe protection and went right to work! Very professional, worked well together, and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up what little mess the had. Both of them came back in and explained what they had done and ask if there was any questions. “I really can’t say enough about everyone at Jack’s. My home is in Squaw Valley and I had been dealing with a different company and wasn’t pleased with their service or their quote. So I looked up Jack’s and was totally impressed from the first phone call. Brittany is SO nice and thorough. Her scheduling, follow up and overall customer service was great. David was the one who actually checked out my HVAC and explained everything in a way I could understand and broke down all the things I needed to have done. They explained their Platinum service plan and went ahead and ordered the parts needed. I received a call within the week that the part was in and it was time to get it scheduled. After the technician Joseph got inside my unit to clean the coils he realized something wasn’t necessary so it ended up being a little cheaper than expected.
Start to finish, everyone was friendly and honest. I’m very happy I found them!!”
